Hi, I'm Matthew Foley, and I'm passionate about career development. My journey began when I was diagnosed with ADHD at a young age and had to navigate a school system that wasn’t designed for me. Through my college studies, I realized how essential it is to have developmental resources tailored to the individual. This realization eventually inspired me to become an Executive Function Coach, where I’ve gained invaluable experience helping both students and adults identify goals, improve processes, create change, and build better habits to enhance their skills, workflow, and overall quality of life.

I believe everyone deserves to understand their purpose and pursue a fulfilling career. Through coaching, I strive to help you define what truly matters, provide support and accountability where needed, communicate effectively, and explore what success looks like for you. In mid-2023, I launched Growth Mind Co. to focus my services and develop technology that will positively impact the career development system.

Beyond my work as a coach, I am the creator of Bouncy Tails Inc., a product that has positively impacted thousands of cat families, selling over 200,000 units and earning recognition as an Amazon Choice Product. I’m determined to continue growing this into a multi-million-dollar company.

I hold a BS in Criminology with minors in Psychology and Entrepreneurship from FSU and continue to expand my knowledge of Human Development and Technology to better understand how people learn and grow in today’s digital world. My purpose in life is to help people. I believe coaching and developing products that create positive experiences are the ways I will make a meaningful impact. Growing as a coach will only allow me to continue doing this.
